- Area Supervisor
- Responsible for monitoring cleaners making sure there doing a good job
- Settling any complaints or concerns the customer may have.
- Making sure employees are in proper uniform attire.
- Visiting clients at their buildings making sure they are satisfied with our performance.
- Route Staff
- Must have a driver license
- An efficient background in floor care equipment and skills.
- At times may require some heavy lifting.
- Cleaner
- Training will be provided onsite however must have basic cleaning skills.
- Includes general office areas, cubicles, common areas (halls, restrooms, lobbies, elevators and sometimes kitchens)
- Cleaning consists of high/low dusting, mopping, vacuuming and discarding of trash.
- Office Staff
- Person needs some basic knowledge of computers.
- Good people skills (customer service skills)
- Multi-tasked
